What are your normal hours of business?
Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Mondays are typically used for administrative work but we can be available at our discretion.
What is your minimum charge?
The minimum charge for callouts during normal business hours is 1 hour plus a vehicle charge and any materials used.
Do you have an after hours service?
We offer a limited after-hours callout service. Due to the small size of the business, we cannot always guarantee availability. Please note that after-hours work may attract an additional fee applied at our discretion.
Do you charge a callout fee?
No for work during normal business hours. At our discretion for after hours calls.
When do I have to pay you?
Generally we will send you an invoice at the end of the month. Payment will be required within 10 days of the invoice unless prior arrangement has been made.
How can I pay?
We accept cash and provide our bank details on the invoice for convenient internet or phone banking. Card payments are also possible but may incur a small fee passed on from the bank.
What happens if there is a problem with the job?
Please contact us as soon as possible. While we strive to get it right the first time, occasionally problems do arise. We will address any installation issues with the highest priority.
Will you install materials I supply?
Due to legislation that makes us liable for all materials we install, we will only install reputable brands, however please discuss your requirements with us first. Quite often we can supply the same products for the same or better price than you can purchase them for.

What can I do to minimise the cost?
If you can supply as much information as possible about your problem, including brand names, low pressure or high pressure hot water system. This allows us to predict the cause and hopefully bring the correct parts to the job. Empty cupboards where we are likely to need to work. Knowing where your water toby is, and/or where your drains run can save a lot of time. Your drainage plans are available at no cost from your council. Should your job require excavations etc, you will be welcome to do/assist with the digging to save time and money. Clearing the area, before we arrive, of any debris will also make things easier, and quicker.
